Roof Replacement - Start to Finish

We completed the project in just one day, during which we installed Owens Corning Duration shingles on both the main home and the detached garage. Additionally, we replaced the flat roof’s rubber section with new 60-mil Mule-hide EPDM rubber. Throughout this project, we also replaced the old, delaminated wood decking. Furthermore, we installed new chimney flashing and added additional flashing under the larger soffits to address previous entry points for critters. The homeowner received a 10-year workmanship warranty along with a lifetime material warranty for the shingles.
