"I have worked with Ben Kerns 3 different times and found him to be very thorough, prompt, supportive, attentive to my concerns and HONEST!!! I needed my roof replaced, and potentially some of the plywood repaired or replaced. I had a contractor out with whom I discussed what we had been experiencing, what my concerns were and what he thought the issues were. He gave me a price, which seemed a little high and was a bit evasive about how to protect our back porch roof which was special roofing material, not shingles.
