Lancaster Roof Replacement
This residential re-roofing project in Lancaster, Ohio, involved both a home and a detached garage. We installed Owens Corning Duration shingles, which come with a 50-year material warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty. Additionally, we completed the flat roof above the garage. The customer had a leak in the back right corner, which required us to replace the damaged wood in that section. We also installed new EPM UHI O6O rubber roofing.
