Columbus Multi-Family Roof Replacement

This August 2025 commercial project involved replacing the roof on a multi-family residential building in Columbus. The photo shows a long, continuous roofline typical of apartment or townhome complexes, structures that require coordinating work across multiple units while minimizing disruption to tenants. We installed IKO Dynasty shingles, which carry a Class 3 hail-resistance rating. On a building this size, that rating matters because a single hail event could otherwise mean replacing thousands of square feet. The ridge vent running the length of the roof allows hot attic air to escape, reducing cooling costs across all units during Ohio summers.
